At University All In One we guarantee the lights that you purchase/rent from us will work, and if they do not we will replace them free of charge. This guarantee covers you for 2 years, provided you have us take the lights down in January/February. Also, does the company quoting you guarantee their workmanship for the duration of the holidays? We guarantee the Christmas lights that we put up! If a strand falls out of place prior to January 15th, we will come and fix it free of charge!
